A further step towards the expansion of the SCHOLZ Group was made in 1993 as the SCHOLZ Group took over the company LUBECA. On 1st December 2001, following 8 years of joint business at the site in Lübeck, the company LUBECA was integrated at the head quarters of SCHOLZ.
